
Honors College Continuing Student Scholarship
The Honors College Continuing Student Scholarship application is made available each year for Honors College students to apply for additional scholarship funding. To be considered for an award a student must be in good standing in the Honors College, with a 3.3 UNLV GPA and a 3.0 Honors GPA.
The application is made available August 1st of each year. The deadline for submission of the application is February 1st.
Scholarships for the following academic year will be awarded by mid June.

HSBC Consumer Lending Operations Scholarship
Each year, the Honors College awards scholarships to
outstanding Business majors on behalf of the HSBC. The HSBC (The Hong Kong
and Shanghai Banking Corporation) is a bank established by Thomas Sutherland,
to finance British trade in the Far East in 1865.
The College will award 3 scholarships to outstanding juniors and seniors majoring in Business and who will not be graduating before December 2008.
These scholarships are to be used to fund the cost of education at UNLV in the Honors College. Students awarded these scholarships will be identified to the donor corporation and may be contacted by HSBC regarding internships at HSBC as well as to introduce them to potential management career options in the corporation.
The annual HSBC Consumer Lending Operations Scholarships shall be awarded to students who meet the following criteria:
